- 表觀遺傳學在細胞氧化反應與疾病影響的分子機轉：探討基因體外修飾如何調控氧化壓力，進而影響神經發炎與相關腦部病變。
- 表觀遺傳學對脂質代謝的探討：研究外在環境或內源訊號透過表觀遺傳機制對細胞脂質代謝網絡的恆定調控。
